The multisig setup for the owner role is 3/5 safe consisting of the team’s addresses, in order for a transaction to be executed, we must agree on the subject at hand.
The Curator will be a 2/3 safe of our strategy manager’s addresses, with one key being the owner safe itself
(The idea being the both of us have to agree in order to submit a transaction, If the curator safe itself needs management, we can use the owner safe to securely do so)
There will be two allocators, one being myself, and one being my partner .1.1, we aim to cover most time zones.
Our criteria for markets added to the USDC vault are mainly markets with large liquidity with borrowable assets that our more complex strategies use, followed by markets with liquid collateral available on the network they are in that have opportunity for high yield. Because SILO v2 on SONIC does not have any of the former, we have the largest USDC markets that fit the latter criteria for the vault. Examples of markets we would be interested in including are wBTC/USDC (market 50 and wBTC on SONIC seems to be unused), yield bearing ETH/USDC, and some other altcoins. These markets and liquidity of the underlying tokens are available on arbitrum, so assuming similar markets will be added once silo v2 releases on the network, we will be interested in deploying vaults there as well.
The criteria for the S vault is different, markets added there are targeted for their points and yield. We aim for the vault to be the main S yield source used in our strategies that anyone is able to participate in.
You may also notice our vault propositions do not include PT tokens, unless in certain situations, we do not consider them to be stable enough for our strategies.
We will have our trusted partners as guardians for the vault. We would also like a representative from SILO to be a guardian as well.
There will be a 24 hour time lock for ample time for guardians to step in in case there is an issue.
